Field Requests

Field requests can be made for practices and should be created through the blue sombrero website. You can follow the instructions below to create a new request.

Scheduled practices will be visible to the all registered users on the League Calendar.

Submitting a request does not guarantee the request for day/time/practice field will be honored.

Games have priority at the CLL Complex. If you have practice scheduled at a CLL Field and there is a game scheduled for that field you will not be able to use the field for practice.

Be sure to double check the Field Permits, League Calendar. and Field Availability Tool to ensure your request will be honored. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the League Calendar and to check the Field Permits to see if any changes have been made.

For questions and/or concerns please email [email protected]. Do not send any field request via email as they will not be honored.

Please make sure that you have a printed copy of Field Permits in case required.

Field Request How-To Instructions

Go to www.clarklittleleague.org --> Logon with registered coach account for the team requesting the practice -->
Note: You must be a registered coach or team volunteer to have access to add events to the calendar.

Navigate to Team Central --> Select Team Directory -->

Choose Team --> Select Calendar -->

Click Create Event

Choose Practice --> Click Continue
Note: You can also create other events (Pizza party, BBQ, etc). Other Events will only show on your team calendar.

You can check field availability by clicking the Field Availability link

Search by date, location and field to identify available fields.
Note: Green dot = Available, Grey dot = Unavailable

Create the practice entry by filling in the form.

Note:The scheduling system will identify conflicts and will not allow you to submit a request that has a conflict.
